Playasia: Automatic Order Splitting Feature

Playasia is rolling out automatic order splitting for orders partially delayed by pending physical items. This site-wide update is now live and should result in a significant reduction in average wait time for all mixed product orders (in stock & pre-order items together).

When an order is split the available in-stock items within the order will be sent to you right away using your original shipping method chosen, while the pending items will be automatically separated into a new order for future delivery at no additional fee. Customers will not be required to make any adjustments to their order as the splitting process will be handled entirely by Playasia.

Automatic order splitting may automatically apply to any physical orders:

  • With a total order age over 30 days.
  • With a total order value above $100.
  • With 50% of individual items available to ship. 
  • Containing a pre-order product set to release in over 10 days.  

In the event of an order being automatically split customers will receive an email detailing the process, as well as receive information on how to find all the information for both orders. If you have questions or requests for your split order do not hesitate to contact our customer service team.
