The Japanese video game developer Ichi Column tied up with Idea Factory Co., Ltd. to bring the game to the PlayStation Vita Systems and targeting an April 26 release this year. The game is set in the city of Akasaka where a small restaurant that has been established since the Meiji-era is still running. Unfortunately, the second-generation owner of the establishment no longer has the capacity to run the business effectively because of his severe illness. Due to this condition, he passes down the ownership to his son named, Kousuke Yajima.
However, Kousuke’s dream job is somehow different to his father. Since then, Kousuke has dreamed of having his own hotel in the future. And, a light of hope has shone upon him when his father handed down to him the ownership of their restaurant. For him, as long as the sign is intact, it is all good and this will serve as the starting point of his dream. But, his father Kouta, is strongly against his plan. Kouta wants him to continue and pursue their legacy in that restaurant for a lifetime.

On the other hand, the main protagonist of the game is a very responsible, and family oriented young girl named, Ritsu Azumi. Her family owns a Japanese Inn business located in the countryside along the coast. Their business is known for its traditional food and Azumi is in so much favor to inherit their business someday. However, her family simply just laugh about it, saying there is no way a girl would have the full capacity to manage it.
Then, one day, the protagonist’s fiancé, Kousuke Yajima, sent Ritsu a marriage proposal. Their fathers are old colleagues, and everyone in their respective families is extremely happy about this arrangement, except… Ritsu. However, their engagement serves as the starting line for the huge changes in Ritsu’s future…
The game starts with a Prologue filled with a captivating story that you will truly enjoy the stories being presented. The story in the prologue covers a year from April to March of the following year. As the event in the story progress, you will be able to choose from different time zones. That includes the option for a morning, afternoon and, night time zones. As the season’s change, you will also encounter different on-screen effects, scenery and, conversation scenes that vary in each kind of time zone.
In addition, as you progress through the main story, you are able to do various things inside the house of Yajima. And, this is where the different kinds of mini-games featured in the game come. This includes going out at the beautiful garden during one peaceful night to pick out constellations. Another is, you are able to cook a mouthwatering dish for your man and lastly, you can also clean up the hall. Once you successfully perform these tasks, you will have the opportunity to unlock special voice clips and other types of rewards.
The most exciting part of the game is its connection to another world of an Otomate brand. And yes, you read it right. You can visit the world of Hanayaka Kana, Ware ga Ichizoku set in the future. Once you’re in it, you are permitted to explore the different areas from that game. The fun doesn’t stop there, you can even meet the love interest characters of the said game and see for yourself how much they have grown now, making them even more attractive than before.

- Outfits and backgrounds that change with the seasons! – From April 1st, when the prologue begins, until the following March, you have an entire year or so to enjoy the stories of these guys. - Other than the protagonist, the game is fully voiced! – What’s more, if you leave the protagonist with her default name “Ritsu”, the characters will use it out loud in their dialogue
