Players will take the role of an apartment manager or in its most generic term, a landlord. As a player, you have a very simple yet interesting task that is waiting for you, which is to get to know your three tenants better and get to bond with them.
【TRAILER】
The game is set in a suburban city of Hanasaki in Japan. You are going to take charge of managing the Happy Manor Apartment as requested by your Aunt since the last manager suddenly quit and it is now in need of a new manager. She considered you as her last resort and entrusts you that you will smoothly handle this thing up for a mere three months.
The apartment building seems like it was built during Japan’s bubble era because it resembles a retro look of its exterior. Actually, there are gossips that it was formerly built as a rest house of some rich man.
Happy Manor Apartment status is also quite bothering in terms of the number of its tenants. As of now, it has only three tenants and there are still a lot of vacant rooms. But let’s give the benefit of the doubt for it is quite far away from the train station.
Talking about the facilities of the apartment, you can enjoy living in here because of the conveniences it offers. If you want to go swimming, you can dip in the relaxing swimming pool located in the basement and also a fitness gym if you’re trying to lose some extra pounds. In addition, there’s also a locker room for you to use. How convenient is it to have it in your rented place, right?
Plus, you can have access to these facilities any time you want because the fees for these are included in the rental fee of your unit. As a manager of the apartment, it is now your job to maintain and operate these facilities very well. Of course, you wouldn’t want to hear any complaints from your tenants right? So, take your duty as a manager seriously so it won’t also disappoint your Aunt for hiring you into this position.

Shizuka is a fine young woman born with a golden spoon. Despite being raised by a wealthy family, she is not like the others who have an indecent attitude. Shizuka is a very kind and caring person. You can even notice it based on her gestures and words.
However, it seems like sometimes she lacks common sense and does something that will utterly bother you and will just leave you completely puzzled. She is an only child raised by her grandparents. Her parents are business with their business, so she got to spend more time with her grandparents.
After all, Shizuka is now an adult and has a mind of her own. She does everything she wants and explores a lot of things as much as possible. And, surprisingly, she is now exploring the world of alcohol. Sadly, she is still at the stage of “I’m not drinking again” but still drinks the next day.
Barabara-Kristine is a modern-day, half-Japanese girl who isn’t great at socializing. Since she is antisocial, she usually pulls off a cold attitude to those she doesn’t personally know. However, this will be a good opportunity for you to show off your excellent skills as a new handler of the apartment. In addition, she is also full of wit because aside from school works, she wisely uses her extraordinary beauty as a model.
Himari is the eldest among the three tenants. Her excitement to do the things that really interests her is insane. She even forgets to eat and sleep because of this kind of her enthusiasm for such things. However, when she loses this uncontrolled emotion, she appears not to be interested anymore. On the other hand, Himari is full of knowledge to the point where other residents of the apartment rely on her and it makes her heart really happy. Moreover, Himari seems to have a lot of part-time jobs, but the question is, is she really working? Well, it is for you to find out.
