The game sets in the parallel events of the previous games. It is a dilapidated, war-torn planet Earth. It follows the main character, Fury, the Rider of the Black Horse, the sister Horseman of the Apocalypse, and one of the last Nephilim. Her quest is to hunt down the Seven Deadly Sins and destroy them. The Charred Council orders it to destroy them.

As she goes to fulfill her mission, she encounters the Lord of Hollows. The Lord of Hollows is a mighty entity within the Hollows that helps her to catch the Seven Deadly Sins. With the wielding power from the Angels and Demons and the rebirth of the Well of Souls, the Hollow Lord helps Fury. However, his intentions remain unknown. The Hollow Lord tells her that she’s being manipulated by the Charred Council for their machinations. Even Fury denies, the Hollow Lord, nonetheless, helps her by giving her the power of life and instructs her to tear down the demon that is a threat to the stability of the Earth.

Now for the gameplay, of course, you take control Fury. She’s a mage who is the most unpredictable and enigmatic among the Four Horsemen. She uses whips, swords, flails, and the most important, magic in her battles. The game sets in an open-world environment. Exploration is a big factor in this one. Fury must solve puzzles and conquer obstacles that require her to use her weapons and skills. Some of the puzzles include bomb and the Flame Form. Explore the post-apocalyptic world as you travel with Fury from the high heights of heaven and to the depths of hell.
