Square Enix’s The Quiet Man is Set for its Full Launch on November 1

Prey 2 developer, Human Head Studios, tied up with Square Enix with their brand-new unconventional story-driven experience with a blend of live-action and realistic CG game, The Quiet Man. And recently, Square Enix finally revealed its concrete release date.
The Quiet Man will launch globally for the PlayStation 4 via the PSN Store and PC via Steam on November 1 which will be available to purchase at $14.99 / 1,800 yen.
And early birds, Square Enix has some good news for you! If you buy the game from November 1 to 15, you will be able to receive the game as a Limited Edition copy. For PlayStation 4 copy, it will include the base game, a PlayStation 4 dynamic theme, and eight PlayStation Network avatars.
And on Steam, it will include the base game, a set of seven original wallpapers for both desktop and mobile. Plus, you will also get a 10 percent discount if you purchase the game within the same period on either platform.

The Quiet Man takes players beyond sound to deliver an immersive story-driven cinematic action experience, which can be completed in one sitting. In a story that unravels across a single night, players take the role of deaf protagonist Dane as he fights his way through a “soundless” world to discover the motives behind the kidnapping of songstress Lala by a mysterious masked man.
Since Dane is the deaf, information transmission in the game such as sounds and words are eliminated. For you to understand the narrative, you must pay attention to what lies ahead before your eyes, do not miss the numerous clues that are laid out, and actively interpret messages. The game’s difficulty appears to be quite high as producer Kensei Fujinaga teases, “I defy you to figure it out.”
On the other hand, since we have mentioned earlier that the game will eliminate sounds, the whole game will not be entirely soundless. Of course, sound effects will still be present like when you receive or throw punches.
Also, although there will be no displays like HP bar or anything of the like, the hue of the screen will change depending on your condition. In addition, the lens flare on the right side of the screen serves as a meter that allows the activation of “Focus Mode” when it turns to blue. During “Focus Mode,” you can unleash very powerful strikes.
