Last time, we’ve learned about the story, gameplay, characters, and features of the upcoming latest installment in the Fire Emblem franchise, Fire Emblem: Three Houses. Now, it’s time for us to have a closer look at the game’s characters. Recently, Nintendo and Intelligent Systems shared the character introductions for the high priestess of the Church of Seiros, Rhea, and the protagonist’s father, Jeralt.

Rhea

Rhea is the high priestess of the Holy Church of Seiros. She has been in this position since Jeralt was still in the Knights of Seiros. She holds a high opinion of the protagonist’s talent and potential. Plus she is the one who invited him to teach at the Officer’s Academy. She has a kind and gentle personality but also has a strict side where she will viciously throw judgment on those who doubt the Church.

Jeralt

In the past, Jeralt was the leader of the Knights of Serios. He is also known as a veteran warrior and the strongest knight of all. However, he decided to leave the Knights and continue his journey by leading a group of mercenary instead. Since his wife already passed away, his only family now is his son, Byleth.

But then, things have changed after a fateful encounter where several students were saved from bandits. After this incident, Jeralt once again rejoins the Knights of Seiros at Garreg Mach Monastery.
