Bethesda Softworks and id Software are proud to reveal the customization feature for DOOM Eternal via a new trailer. While DOOM Eternal’s gameplay will put your slayer skills to the ultimate test, this new customization feature will do the talking for your DOOM Slayer outfit.

Yes, you read that right. DOOM Eternal customization feature will allow you to personalize your DOOM Slayer for photo mode and single-player campaign. Plus, you can also customize playable demons and your DOOM Slayer in the BATTLEMODE, where you can go and slay together with your friends! Fight with style!

Also, according to Bethesda Softworks, you can get the exclusive DOOMicorn Slayer Master Collection included with Twitch Prime for a limited time. All you have to do is to link your Twitch account to your Bethesda.net account. Then, you can claim the collection of skins, player animations, and upgradeable podium.

Gameplay

Eternal will play much like its predecessor. It will test your skills to fast-paced firefights against an attack of demons. But of course, various changes for the game have been confirmed. This includes the new type of demons that will most likely double the number as compared to the previous game.

More so, if you’re familiar with Doom, Cacodemons, Barons of Hell, Pain Elementals, Arch-Viles, Arachnotrons, Imps, and Revenants, they are making a comeback to Eternal together with the new demons in the form of reimaginings of enemies from Doom 2. Of course, there will be completely new enemies as well.

Furthermore, Eternal will bring new weapons to the game with a few old ones that will return with some subtle modifications. For example, the Plasma Rifle has now the capacity to shoot with orbs that electrify enemies. While some weapons have been lightly changed, others have been fully renewed, like the Ballista. It is a new version of the Gauss Cannon that fires explosive energy bolts.

Moreover, DOOM Eternal will feature a new mode which will be called the invasion mode. In this stage, other players can run and jump into your single-player campaign as demons, basically building hunting parties to take you out.
