The cosmos is a wonderful place; immensely big stars, incredible planets, dangerous asteroid belts, and sparkling galaxies are discovered every day by the biggest telescopes scattered on Earth. But, despite this, some celestial bodies are entered in the pop-cultures of all the latitudes; one of them is surely the planet Hocotate.
Located from several light-years from our planet; this planet has an intersected ring system and a couple of moons that make it a sort of minor complete system.
Even if at a very first glance it seems a planet like billions of other ones; the big difference is because it is inhabited. Yes, you have read correctly, we are not alone in the universe, and on Hocotate you can meet a humanoid intelligent lifeform known as Hocotatians. Approximately 2cm tall, they are a highly advanced civilization that commonly visits other planets for exploration & study reasons.

Call all Pikmin!

One of them, Captain Olimar, is now a constant presence on the remote PNF-404 system; crashed on it almost 20 years ago, Olimar is an actual living encyclopedia of it, especially of the cute ‘n friendly indigenous creatures called Pikmin. Very colorful, they are similar to vegetables; in fact, they are born from a seed reaching complete maturity through three stages of growth: leaf, bud, and flower.

During his time on PNF-404, Captain Olimar got the unique opportunity to observe them very closely; and his discoveries have been spread throughout the whole universe. It’s thanks to Shigeru Miyamoto if even all of us can experience how’s life there; yes, the creator of Super Mario translated the Hocotatoan code into more understandable languages. In this way, everyone could enjoy his adventures firsthand playing with the Pikmin series.
Started on Nintendo GameCube, it is composed of six installments; but after a long wait, Captain Olimar is ready to return with Pikmin 3 Deluxe for Nintendo Switch. Join him in his adventure on an alien world and recruit those adorable Pikmin creatures to help you in your mission!

On the planet Koppai there’s nothing left to eat; due to a great famine, the poor hopeless Koppaites are near to extinction. But when the situation seems irrecoverable, true heroes appear, and let us say that the combination of Captain Olimar + Pikmins is the greatest thing you can ask for.
In Pikmin 3 Deluxe for NS, you can use the Pikmin abilities for a whole range of tasks and objectives; aim them to the needed place, and then leave all to them. They can help the planet to survive; wander in a fascinating colorful wilderness to explore. Easy to play, and full of friendly quests; this game leaves you with a smile on your face for sure!
