Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot has released the 2nd part of its downloadable content “A New Power Awakens” today, November 17. Alongside with the DLC’s release, Bandai Namco also unveiled a launch trailer that features Super saiyan Blue Goku, Vegeta and Golden Frieza.

The new DLC of Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot is a boss battle episode featuring the Goku and Vegeta taking on the fearsome Frieza who will be back stronger than ever.
Goku and Vegeta will show off their control over the God’s Ki when transforming to Super Saiyan God Super Saiyan accompanied with a set of new fighting techniques.
Their opponent Frieza will prove to be an even more frightful enemy with his new ability to turn into Golden Frieza! Z Warriors will challenge his squad using their “Z combinations” in epic horde battles. – Bandai Namco

We all know that you will be thrilled (even us) to see the opening movie set to the original Japanese theme song of the series, Cha-La Head Cha-La by Hironobu Kageyama. It is pretty much a moving nostalgic tribute to the Dragon Ball Z anime, mixing in remarkable scenes from the late 80s and into the 90s.
