After over a decade, R-Type is now back with improved visuals, gameplay, and features that will give every player an epic gameplay experience. Let us all welcome R-Type Final 2 for PS4, Nintendo Switch, Xbox One, Xbox Series X and PC!
It is currently planned to be released on both digital and physical platforms in Japan and in the West. Our folks in Japan will get to experience the game first on April 29, 2021, and will release a day after in the western regions, April 30, 2021.
What’s interesting about the Japanese release is its feature of multi-language support. Not only English-speaking gamers will get to enjoy the game but also others! Here below is the full list of its supported language:
