FuRyu will release a turn-based card game, Battler Spirits: Connected Battlers, for Playstation 4™ and Nintendo ™ Switch next year. Yes, you read it right! The game is set to launch on January 20, 2022, in Japan.

The game will feature a tutorial, allowing even those new to the Battle Spirits trading card game to jump in and compete against rival battlers online. It also features over 1,000 cards, allowing players to build their own original deck, as well as game-original characters and stories, tutorials, and online battles.

Game Overview

Newcomers will be able to learn the latest game rules by playing the single-player Story Mode. It will have an original storyline where the player takes the role of a boy named Toya and fight against numerous rivals, including Toya’s childhood friend Yu and the reigning champion Souji.
