The Tail Tree is a Tanooki-tailed tree with Super Leaves. It stands outside Princess Peach’s Castle. The people of the Mushroom Kingdom are particular and familiar with the Tail Tree. One night, a strong storm blows all the Super Leaves.

One day, Mario and the three Toads check the Tail Tree. They discover the Super Leaves are gone. One of the Toads checks the letter near the Tail Tree. As they open the letter, they saw a picture of Bowser kidnapping Princess Peach with a lot of Super Leaves flying on the background pops out. Mario and the three Toads panic and they must save Princess Peach before it’s too late.

Use the Tanooki suit! The fan-favorite Tanooki suit makes a comeback in Nintendo 3DS. Use the suit to attack enemies and float gently from high heights. Since this is a 3D visual, it is easier for the players to calculate more accurately to jump to the next platform from another. Beware there are new enemies around. Beware of their tricks and attacks.
