The male protagonist, Kyoutarou, wants to read all the magic books. However, all of those books are inside the magical library. One day, someone tells him to go to the library, however, there is a condition. He must be kind be everyone and must bring happiness to everyone. More sspecially, his kindness must touch their hearts. After achieving the goal, he receives a bookmark. That bookmark is an entrance to the magic library.
One day he heads to school, but something happened. He receives a text message from the “shepherd” (hitsujikai) that tells him that his fate will change. He visions an accident at the train station, and he helps her to prevent any crucial injuries by calling away a nearby girl. That girl comes to the Library Club room to thank him for saving her life. However, this girl also receives a text message from the hitsujikai. One by one, some students join their club with the shepherd’s guidance.
