The adorable apothecary, Mylne is ready to steal your hearts out in 2021 as Clouded Leopard Entertainment Inc. announced the worldwide release of the revamped Marchen Forest! This dungeon crawler fantasy role-playing game by Japanese developer, PrimaryOrbit is heading on PS4, Nintendo Switch, and PC via Steam. Introducing, Marchen Forest: Mylne and the Forest Gift.
In case you missed it, game creator Shinano Ishiguro first started the Marchen Forest: Mylne and the Forest Gift project in 2015. After it was released on smartphone and PC, the game soon received praise for its unique style. Since then, due to its positive feedback, all updates and add-on content for the game are heavily inspired by its player community.
And now, to widen its horizon and be introduced to a new set of audience, Clouded Leopard Entertainment has collaborated with PrimaryOrbit to work on the game’s revamped version for the major consoles.
Both companies worked together with voice actress Ayana Taketatsu to bring the game’s heroine, Mylne to life. On top of that, Marchen Forest: Mylne and the Forest Gift can now be played globally because of its multiple language support in its Asia version.

Game description
Once upon a time, in a forest far, far away, there lived many mysterious beings…
This is the tale of a young girl’s adventure in that mystical forest she calls home.
Mylne, an apothecary, searches the Mysterious Forest for ingredients so that she can brew her potions. But things soon take a dramatic turn from simple errands—eventually, Mylne finds herself caught up in an unsolved mystery, requiring her to take on what lies in the Underground Ruins, deep beneath the forest.
This charming, dungeon crawler and fantasy RPG is an exciting adventure you won’t soon forget!
However, unlike the digital platform that will be available worldwide, the game’s physical version will only be available in Japan and Asia. Both regions will receive a Standard and Limited Edition. So, if you will be picking up the Limited Edition, you will also get an adorable piece of Mylne’s figurine on top of the base game that it comes packed with.
